Oracle Fusion Supermarket Client MS Power Automate - Retail Supermarket

 

We’ve recently worked on a client who went live with Oracle Fusion, however due to the complexity of the company and the size of the business. The implementation was not exactly a success. With over 600 defects raised within the first 3 months from go live. 7FC were bought in to priorities and resolve the issues within the implementation.

This required:

  • Data Fixes
  • Configuration Changes
    • Tax
    • Procurement
    • Payables
    • Sales Ledger
  • New modules enabling
    • Collections
  • New Reports Developing
  • New System Integrations
  • Produce and carry out training
  • Roles changing and creating
  • Implementing AI Solutions with Automation Anywhere and MS Flow

We were given 12 months to resolve all of these issues or have mitigation workarounds for the tickets raised. 7FC quickly mobilised a team of experts for each area and got to work

By the close of our 12 months less than 20 issues were left with plans on how to resolve by the business. Huge amounts of work was achieved during this time and we were lucky enough to work with some amazing people during this time
